With Vivianna’s threat level established, let’s see how scary her brother, Excidian, has become.
Excidian is now a level 8.5. He is still just a little less powerful than Delitor, but he is strong enough to be a threat to Delitor if he chooses to attack him. With Delitor’s rise in political influence, he brings Excidian with him. Excidian has also gained more skill as a warrior, through experience in the battles that have taken place between Delitor’s loyalists, and the Central Alliance. Excidian has also worked to reestablish good terms with Delitor, though many still do not trust the second-in-command. They have good reason too, for Excidian has friends in the Central Alliance, who’s own trustworthiness is questionable. Whether Excidian is actually working for Delitor, or for his own ends with the help of his dubious allies remains to be seen.
