Now that Firmian’s threat level is established, let’s switch gears back to Delitor’s military, and examine General Apathus’s power.
General Apathus is a level 5 for several reasons. He, like others, has gained influence with the departure of Sollerus, and Delitor’s increasing political authority. But since he is not Temporan, he can only rise so far. Nonetheless, as an important leader in Delitor’s ranks, and he is not someone you want to get on the wrong side of.
