Bellona has become a level 7 for several reasons. As a Nix, she expected to constantly improve her skill, and grow in power. She had done both. She also has a motive in removing her aunt from the regency, which Bellona can do by proving herself capable of ruling her kingdom on her own. Gelida is still the more powerful of the two, but Bellona is doing her best not to let things remain that way for long. The Nix are willing to do almost anything to increase their influence.
