Now that we know Portenia’s threat level, let’s switch back over to the Central Alliance, to see how dangerous its military leader, Convienian, has become.
Convienian is a level 7 for several reasons. Since he is still fighting Delitor, he is naturally becoming a better combatant. But he could work to be even better, since his potential is equal to Delitor’s. Convienian does suffer from the arrogance that most others in the Central Alliance do. They believe because they are in the right, that they will eventually win, despite Delitor’s progress, and their own behavior suggesting otherwise. But outside of Delitor, Convienian doesn’t see any reason to improve himself. He is liked and respected by most in the Central Alliance, and Pactian has no interest in overthrowing him, even if they don’t always agree.
