Convienian is a level 6.5 for several reasons. His potential is equal to that of Delitor, and he has been well trained, though not as well as Delitor. He also is the King of Nerine, and the commander of the combined Central Alliance armies. The reason he doesn’t rank higher is because he isn’t as willing to use his power as he should be. While this can be a good thing, because he isn’t as aggressive as Excidian. The problem is, he is more interested in pleasing his friends than asserting himself. There are actually a couple people in the Central Alliance who are more powerful than he is.
