Warning: spoilers for The Lady of the Hour below!
After doing a series of blog posts about how big of a threat many of the characters in The Lady of the Hour are, I decided to do the same for the second book in the series, Secrets of the Past. I will start with Delitor like I did previously.
Delitor is a level 8.5 for a number of reasons. He is constantly training to better himself both as a physical combatant, and in the use of his Temporan powers. He also has frequent opportunity to use his skills, since the Second Flame War is still going on. So he has improved since The Lady of the Hour. Politically, his power has increased too, since he has conquered more lands, and he has plenty of information his enemies in the Central Alliance would prefer remain a secret. As far as temperament goes, he is becoming more ruthless, as fear of Diabolian gets the better of him.
