With Litera’s threat level established, let’s see how dangerous Desquamo has become.
Desquamo has remained a level 8.5. Like Litera, he is near the peak of his power as a Temporan, and until his brother is no longer in the picture, he can’t really rise much higher politically. Physically, he is a very old man, but that isn’t much of an issue, since he is a practiced hand at reversing the effects of time on himself. As long as Arcor wins the Third Flame War, Desquamo is in an excellent position.
