Diabolian has remained a level 9.5. He is so powerful and old, that he really can’t improve much more. But Arcor, Emma, Vitalis, and Vivianna, are catching up with him, which is dangerous for him. As far as Temporan power goes, they are now equals, but victory isn’t guaranteed for the other four, even if they do face him together. Diabolian has much more experience than they do, and he has had years to plan for this confrontation. He also is far more willing to take extreme steps than they are. This has hurt his ability to form alliances, which is why the gap has been closed. But despite the prophecy predicting that Arcor will defeat Diabolian, victory may prove pyrrhic.
