Now that we know General Apathus’s threat level, let’s switch over to Francis Nerinian in the Central Alliance.
Francis is a level 6.5 for many of the same reasons as his cousin, Philippus. As ambassadors in the outside world, they have to powerful above average, since the position of ambassador is a prestigious one. They must also be intelligent so they can manipulate circumstances in their favor without revealing they are Temporan. Francis has political connections both in Tempora and the 18th century French court he works in. He is not the best fighter, but he is competent, since he may have to defend his position from jealous rivals.
