Hestatian has risen from a level 6.5 to a level 7. The reason is due to many small improvements. Hestatian has used the time since The Lady of the Hour,to progress his skills, as he should. While he hasn’t bettered himself by leaps and bounds, since he is closer to reaching his full potential than say, Emma. Any progress is helpful. His political situation has also improved slightly. Delitor doesn’t know that Hestatian is reluctant to work with him, so the increasing size of Delitor’s lands is beneficial to Hestatian. Emma’s growing influence also helps Hestatian. Finally, the recruitment of Sollerus has helped Hestatian the most, since Sollerus is such a good agent. The Rebellatrix stand to gain plenty of information due to Sollerus’s own connections and skills.
