Now that we know how dangerous Gelida is, let’s see how much of the threat Justa is now.
Justa has remained a level 8 for several reasons. Firstly, she doesn’t feel the need to improve her abilities as a fighter or Temporan, because she believes the Central Alliance will beat Delitor, on account of its moral superiority. Her political power hasn’t changed much either since the beginning of The Lady of the Hour. While the loss of territory in Nemoria hurts her, since she has great influence there. The losses have also increased her importance, since she rules Alveia, where most of the Central Alliance refugees have fled. While still very much a threat, Justa is less of a danger to Delitor than she once was, and Emma is capable of defeating her, despite not being as powerful as her.
