How Big of a Threat is Leo Venor in War for the Future

With Fortuno Imberian’s threat level established, let’s see how dangerous another new character, Leo Venor is.

Leo is a level 8. He is one of the leading members of the Rebellatrix, so while he isn’t officially involved in government, he does have significant political power. He is an excellent fighter, and skilled with the use of his Temporan powers, so much so that even Arcor holds him in esteem. His greatest strengths though are his quick intelligence, and his tough tenacity. No one knows what exactly Leo’s origins are, except Leo and his family, but it can be guessed that his ancestors once held a position of some significance.
