Now that we know how dangerous Bellona is, let’s see how much of a threat new character Portenia is.
Portenia is a level 7 for several reasons. While she is physically weaker than most Temporans, like Campestrians in general. Her foresight is strong enough that she can prepare for most situations, so that her strengths are utilized and her weaknesses avoided. It’s extremely difficult to take a Campestrian by surprise. She is also the undisputed ruler of her kingdom, with the loyalty of most of the inhabitants backing her up. Her kingdom is poor, but more stable than Alveia and Nemoria.
