Raphael is a level 2.5, like his siblings. He is in a similar situation as Constantine, only he is the third child of Vitalis and Vivianna, rather than Arcor and Emma. He will be at a disadvantage for a time in comparison to children who are older than him, but that isn’t likely to last long. His potential will compensate for some of this, and his father will make sure he is capable of taking full advantage of his potential when he is an adult.
