Why is Callidus a level 6? Well he is a pretty average guy all around. His power is average, his potential is average, his political power, while good, isn’t the highest possible, and is actually hurt by his harsh treatment of his people. He is a sneaky, slippery individual, who though capable of causing trouble, is easily taken out by more powerful individuals. He is actually a bit of a coward, so he could be more powerful if he chose. But it’s probably for the best he is a chicken, since he might follow along the lines of Gelida if he wasn’t.
