Why is Crisimus a level 6.5? Well as the second-in-command of Nemoria, he must have decent power and potential to hold his position. He also needs to be sufficiently intelligent and cunning since the Nemorians are schemers. But he can’t be too powerful, or Severus will see him as competition. His age is also catching up with him, so he is no longer at his physical peak.
