Why is Gelida a level 7? For one, while she lacks the experience and political power of Justa, she is more willing to use what she has. Like all Nix, she is practical and ruthless. Her potential is not as high as that of Excidian, but she is willing to work harder than he is. As such, she can hold her own against powerhouses like Delitor and Justa.
