Why is Justa a level 8? Well despite the fact she doesn’t have the same amount of potential as Delitor, she is older than him, and therefore, more experienced. Her experience is so great, she is actually a renowned teacher. She is also a Nemorian, a nationality known for its scheming. While more kindhearted than some in the Central Alliance, she is nonetheless willing to use her power to preserve the Central Alliance. She can, and will, make the tough decisions. Politically, she is the virtual leader of the Central Alliance, as well as the Queen of Alveia.
