Why is Pactian a 6.5? For one, as the current heir to Nerine, his position is important. No one has deprived him of his political power, and he is well respected. In all likelihood, he will become Convienian’s second-in-command when he is old enough. His Temporan power is equal to Bellona’s, though he is better at using it to administer rather than fight. His potential is also the same as Bellona’s. Had he received better training, he would probably be more powerful than he already is. But his steadiness serves him in good stead. Even Delitor respects him for his firmness of character.
