Why is Severus a level 7? Well for one, he is a king, and doesn’t have a regent like Bellona does. His political power is considerable, since Nemoria is currently the most fertile kingdom in the Central Alliance, and also quite wealthy. All but Imberia and Ardesco rely on him for supplies. But he is lazy, and a coward, which has led to considerable corruption in Nemoria. As such, he is easily dominated by his sister Justa, and Gelida. He is just prickly enough that he isn’t as easy to persuade as Convienian, but he is by no means a difficult to manipulate. He is a decent fighter, but he would prefer to flee rather than face a threat directly. People like Delitor and Excidian can drive him away without problems. Even Emma is capable of intimidating him.
