Playlist for The Lady of the Hour

Posted on February 12, 2019July 30, 2019 by admin

Like some authors, I have certain songs I like to listen to when I’m writing. Well, sometimes I like to listen to music, but other times I have to shut it off because I’ve hit a point where I really need to concentrate. Anyway, there are certain songs that I think fit with my novels. Since I don’t have a Spotify or YouTube account, I have simply listed the songs that I feel fit with the novel. This is not an official playlist, since I have received no endorsement from the artists or their record labels. So without further ado, here is the playlist for The Lady of the Hour:

  • “Beloved,” by Jordan Feliz, from his album, The River.
  • “Crazy in a Good Way,” by VERIDIA, from their album, Pretty Lies.
  • “Descent,”by RED, from their album, Of Beauty and Rage. This is only instrumentals, but it’s from what I consider to be RED’s best album to date. Fans consider the band to be highly underrated so it might be worth giving their music a try.
  • “Mystery of the Invisible,” by VERIDIA, from their album Inseparable. I consider this to be Emma’s theme-song for the book.
  • “Fight Inside,” by RED, from their album, Innocence and Instinct. I consider this to be Delitor’s theme-song for the book.
  • “Not Gonna Die,” by Skillet, from their album, Rise.
