At the Fantastic General Store, there are times when employees have to travel for business purposes. Sometimes they need to go to another location for training. Other times they are needed to help set up or run a new facility. Regardless, business travel isn’t always fun. Sometimes the means of travel is delayed. Flying by magic carpet or riding in a pumpkin carriage isn’t as reliable as you would think it would be. Even when you get on your conveyance, it may be a scary way to get around. Turbulence affects magic carpets as much as it does airplanes, and you can actually see the ground better from a carpet than inside a plane. The lodgings may be lacking, or unsanitary, and there is always the concern about getting robbed, even in fairy tale inns. Finding food to eat that agrees with you and tastes good may also be a challenge. In general, I don’t like traveling for business, and think a lot of it could be eliminated through technology.
