At the Fantastic General Store, we experience bad whether like everyone else. Our bad weather may be a bit more extreme: the store in the Snow Queen’s kingdom gets blizzards on a regular basis, the store on the lava planet has to work around lava flows, any store located near a mad scientist has to deal with whatever crazy weather he or she cooked up, and so on. But management also needs to bear in mind that stores shouldn’t be open when the weather reaches a certain point. There aren’t going to be enough customers coming in to cover the employees’ pay if the weather is bad enough. More importantly, no retail job is worth dying over.
