At the Fantastic General Store, as with most stores, sometimes announcements are delayed. Sure, there are circumstances outside of our control that cause delays. We are located in sci-fi and fantasy worlds after all. Dragon attacks and doomsday machines going haywire are common. But sometimes management just chooses to wait to announce things, like who got promoted to a certain position, or bad news about jobs disappearing. I strongly disagree with this practice. Delaying good news is just pointless. Delaying bad news can make the situation worse. So managers, make your announcements as soon as possible, because otherwise, it looks like you have something to hide.
