Frequent job postings, particularly of high-ranking positions, may also be an indicator of the store’s poor health. Leadership often knows what is coming before everyone else does. It’s always a good idea to ask someone who already works at a certain location if it’s a good place to work or not. Failing that, monitor what jobs are being posted, so you have some idea of what you are getting into if you do become employed there.
