The roof leaks at the location in the Ice Queen’s kingdom, because freezing water is hard on roofs. But management needs to be careful not to jump to conclusions, and blame people who don’t deserve it. This is how you lose employees, and how villains are made. This is also how managers get in trouble with HR, because they are opening themselves up for an unlawful termination lawsuit. So if you are a manager, make sure you have all the fact before you start writing people up, even if you think you know the whole story.
